About the role
- Acting as the primary contact for managers and employees on mobility cases
- Coordinating and managing mobility processes on inbound assignments
- Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal mobility policies and local legislation
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to projects and initiatives within Global Mobility
- Ensuring timely and transparent communication with employees and stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle
- Developing your subject matter expertise within the field of mobility
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business administration or similar field
- Previous experience within global mobility, international HR, relocation services, immigration, payroll or tax coordination
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficiency in standard office tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
