About the role

  • Escort uncleared personnel at all times; maintain unobstructed visual control.
  • Supervise entry/exit points per security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures; stop work for violations.
  • Support short-notice escort requests and mission-critical assignments.
  • Report schedule deviations or personnel absences to the project lead promptly.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with government security procedures and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environments
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to respond to dynamic security needs
  • Flexible with scheduling and capable of working independently or in teams
  • Eligibility for DOE Q Clearance and SCI Access; polygraph may be required
  • Candidates may be required to obtain and hold a Secret or Higher US Government Clearance
  • Proof of citizenship will be required as a condition of employment
