About the role
- Review all inbound requests for new supplier setup, to determine appropriate business segment
- Create and maintain supplier account records in E-1 & Salesforce, following proper onboarding process
- Analyze data across newly onboarded suppliers for activity and engagement
- Make appropriate introductions to Supplier Relations/Vendor Relations Specialists and relevant Sales/Operations personnel
- Collaborate with Sales Administrator to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies cross-functionally
- Support pricing/sourcing exercises for FBI STEAL contract
- Assist with administrative support tasks and processes assigned by Director
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. May include military personnel who have been formally trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative position within a professional office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple tasks at once with different requirements, adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills ability to adapt/respond to changing environments while maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to internal / external stakeholders.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
