Business Development Rep

• The Business Development Intern position is a structured summer internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to the federal government contracting environment, with a focus on bids, proposals, and the business development lifecycle.
• The intern will support the Business Development team in a variety of tasks, gaining insight into the processes and requirements of Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal contracts.

Data Analyst

• Determine proposed material unit costs based on quotes and procurement history.
• Review procurement history for trends in material prices across business segments.
• Assist with transitioning material costs and assumptions from business development to operations after contract award.
• Analyze actual material costs post-award compared to estimates to assess accuracy, trends, and risks; improve estimating techniques.
• Support sourcing and negotiation of material costs.
• Analyze Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) rules and indices, present risk assessments to the pricing team.
• Analyze government counteroffers on proposals to identify trends and negotiation tactics.
• Update material costs after proposal submittal in preparation for negotiations.
• Assist with analytical projects related to competitor pricing and government estimates.
• Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends in opportunities, suppliers, customers, margins, amounts, capture rates, win rates, and other KPIs.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support multiple stakeholders and their teams.
• Ensure completeness and quality of sales data in Salesforce; monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for leadership teams, including opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasts, and supplier/customer performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to Sales Operations and Business Development leads.

Pricing & Salesforce Data Analyst

Account Manager

• Generate sales opportunities in by proactively working with the Military and/or Federal customer end-users in PEOs Orlando, FL and other assigned regions to understand their needs and objectives while strategically aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
• Establish Dealer of Record relationship with supply chain partners and negotiate best possible margin.
• Expand customer base by researching and identifying opportunities of existing customers and uncovering and developing new customer relationships and networks throughout the military sector. Conduct follow-up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and internet inquiries.
• Collaborate internally across all supporting resources and teams to ensure customer satisfaction, swiftly address any concerns or issues, and provide feedback on areas of opportunity.
• Maintain detailed documentation within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software on customer activities (needs, priorities, opportunities, constraints, etc.).
• Travel requirements for this position are extensive. Expect approximately 50% of the time to be spent traveling to military bases, attending trade shows, industry events and conferences to expand networks and foster relationships to generate leads for new opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date and informed on new product and industry developments and emerging trends of the Military and/or Federal customers and the associated supply chains.
