Account Manager

• Oversee day-to-day communication and problem resolution for all assigned customers following handoff from assigned Military Account Manager.
• Partner with assigned Military Account Manager to secure pricing agreements with suppliers, obtaining and submitting quotes to customers.
• Educate new customers on the ordering process and registration. Manage customer complaints or issues to timely resolution.
• Update the RMS system during status changes from quote to order
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers on pending orders and additional opportunities under the TLS Programs.
• Obtain necessary sign offs to release orders for invoicing.

Senior Inside Account Representative

Customer Support

• This position serves as the primary contact for SupplyCore customers for the Korea contact.
• The CSR is responsible for managing and documenting all customer communications and providing daily support to assigned customers through various means of communication.
• CSR(s) are responsible for traveling to their assigned customer locations regularly, conducting site surveys, and expanding company sales.
• CSR(s) pro-actively monitor customer accounts for potential growth and/or problematic areas using the appropriate tools available while also keeping management apprised of any customer issues.
• This position partners with the assigned Sourcing Expert(s) to ensure smooth processing of customer orders from quotation through product delivery and any returns or exchanges as necessary.

Client Support Representative

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and support complex enterprise integrations using Boomi (iPaaS) within hybrid on‑premise and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows leveraging Microsoft SQL Server and Transact‑SQL, including stored procedures, data transformations, and performance optimization for high‑volume transactional systems.
• Build, configure, and support Microsoft Azure integration services, including Azure Logic Apps, Integration Accounts, and API-driven workflows for B2B and application integrations.
• Design and implement EDI integrations, including mapping, trading partner onboarding, document validation, and secure data exchange.
• Develop and enhance integration components using C# / .NET technologies, including custom services, APIs, and middleware components supporting integration flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable integration and data solutions.
• Perform advanced data analysis and troubleshooting across SQL Server, Boomi, and Azure platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.
• Optimize integration performance through efficient SQL query design, indexing strategies, and data flow optimization.
• Participate in solution architecture design sessions, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration and cloud strategies.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for integration design, SQL development, and application code quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration architecture diagrams, data flow mapping, and deployment procedures.
• Provide Level 2 support and participate in incident resolution for integration, database, and EDI-related issues.

Software Developer, eBusiness

• Generate sales opportunities by proactively working with U.S. civilian federal agencies end-users to understand their needs and objectives while strategically aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
• Establish Dealer of Record relationship with supply chain partners and negotiate best possible margin.
• Expand customer base by researching and identifying opportunities of existing customers and uncovering and developing new customer relationships and networks throughout the federal sector. Conduct follow-up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and internet inquiries.
• Collaborate internally across all supporting resources and teams to ensure customer satisfaction, swiftly address any concerns or issues, and provide feedback on areas of opportunity.
• Maintain detailed documentation within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software on customer activities (needs, priorities, opportunities, constraints, etc.).
• Travel requirements for this position are extensive. Expect approximately 50% of the time to be spent traveling to military bases, attending trade shows, industry events and conferences to expand networks and foster relationships to generate leads for new opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date and informed on new product and industry developments and emerging trends of the Military and/or Federal customers and the associated supply chains.
