About the role
- Report to the Finance Business Partner for DACH and be a member of the Finance team
- Act as an interface between finance and sales, supporting management with analyses and reports related to internal and external accounting
- Create and further develop sales and financial reports (KPIs)
- Support in accounting and dunning for the Finance Business Partner DACH
- Analyse and review sales figures, market and customer data
- Support the District Manager ALPS with regional sales events, including registration and all associated administration
- Draft contracts for regional events (sponsoring and speakers)
- Support event controlling in the CRM system and assist with event budget administration
- Serve as E1 user for non-stock purchasing
- Provide written and telephone correspondence (internal and external)
- Act as contact person for customers, hotels, agencies, and convention organisations
- Permanent role for 25 hours per week; submit CVs in English
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with a focus on accounting and finance
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial and accounting field
- Knowledge in the area of compliance
- Excellent analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in using ERP and CRM systems
- Good English skills
