Customer Success Manager

• Ensure mid-market and enterprise customers maximize their value from Nooks and are delighted with the experience
• Manage a portfolio of ~40 mid-market and enterprise accounts, maximizing the impact and value of Nooks to users, stakeholders, and their business
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of Nooks into their sales processes
• Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships to ensure a deep understanding of customer business goals and a Nooks deployment that helps them achieve their goals
• Conduct regular customer check-ins to share Nooks outcomes, address any issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Analyze customer usage metrics to identify Nooks features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations
• Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern
• Assist with Technical Support for your customers as needed
• Serve as the voice of the customer within Nooks, providing product feedback to ensure customer requirements are successfully met
• Support the customer journey with thought-leadership content and run the renewal process to drive renewals and expansions

• Deeply learn and understand the Nooks value proposition
• Support your team by co-selling on calls, helping during trials, and leading pricing/negotiation calls when needed
• Interview, hire, and on-board new reps
• Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving predictable revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment
• Execute and refine the SMB sales playbook as the SMB sales org scales
• Lead by example, get hands dirty, and help the team drive deals forward

Sales Manager, SMB

• Run discovery calls, align key stakeholders and close deals
• Source pipeline to help you hit revenue goals
• Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
• Evangelize the product and help close deals within our SMB segment
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
