• Lead customer projects end-to-end: plan, install, and support deployments while keeping customers happy. Be the technical face of Nomagic in the U.S.: translate customer needs into engineering actions and bring field feedback back to the global product team. Build the foundation: establish U.S. processes for engineering, customer service, and project delivery. Manage partners: work with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure quality and keep timelines/budgets on track. Document and scale: create clear documentation, playbooks, and repeatable processes to help us grow fast. Get hands-on: jump in with the team on solutions development, installations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as needed.

• Generate pipeline and qualify opportunities as the first SDR in the U.S.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging for logistics operators.
• Track and report activities in CRM, providing insights on effectiveness.

• Scale procurement to support European and USA expansion and increase deployments from 50 to 500 robotic stations annually.
• Shape procurement strategy, form partnerships with large-scale suppliers and integrators, and implement procurement processes, ERP, and warehouse management.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, compliance, purchasing operations, and execution planning for scalable deployments.
