About the role
- Scale procurement to support European and USA expansion and increase deployments from 50 to 500 robotic stations annually.
- Shape procurement strategy, form partnerships with large-scale suppliers and integrators, and implement procurement processes, ERP, and warehouse management.
- Manage supplier relationships, cost optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, compliance, purchasing operations, and execution planning for scalable deployments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a procurement role within a technology-focused environment, preferably with a manufacturer of special machines, a robotics company, or in sourcing for complex, customized solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies hand in hand with company management, including ERP system implementation and warehouse management.
- A strong track record of negotiating and managing relationships with large-scale suppliers and strategic partners.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics-related industry markets, practices, and products.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and a passion for building processes from the ground up.
