About the role
- Ensure compliance with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines for SSBI IT contracts
- Support assessment of the impact of IT Outsourcing activities
- Determine and implement additions and changes to the IT Outsourcing methodology
- Support design, documentation, and implementation of further improvements to IT Outsourcing processes
- Maintain and enhance IT Outsourcing governance controls
- Maintain appropriate documentation including risk assessments, inventories, reporting, and policies/procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
- 8+ years of relevant Financial Services experience
- Good understanding of current Outsourcing Banking Regulations and IT Governance principles
- Good understanding of associated processes and tools such as Procurement, Information Security, Service Review, SLAs/KPIs/KRIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English
