About the role
- Respond to information requests from customers and employees utilizing multiple applications
- Assist with website editing and other marketing-related tasks
- Assist with Excel and/or PowerBI report generation for the management team
- Recommend and implement business process improvements
- Perform some User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new tools and processes
Requirements
- Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Management, or Marketing with an accredited school in Canada
- Background in Administration, Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (preferred)
- Superb multi-tasking skills (preferred)
- Very detail-oriented (preferred)
