About the role

  • Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Spain, including Labor Law and Collective Bargaining, Union Relations, Restructuring Support, Payroll Coordination, Finance Department Liaison, Audit and Inspection Support, insurance & pension calculations, Mercer Liaison
  • Work independently within established HR guidelines to analyze information, make informed decisions, and resolve operational and transactional issues.
  • Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge related to country complex HR-related topics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in the country operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience in Spanish Labor and Administrative processes.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and team member of the People ES CPM Europe South.
  • Experience with NOKIA HR & payroll systems
