Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Spain, including Labor Law and Collective Bargaining, Union Relations, Restructuring Support, Payroll Coordination, Finance Department Liaison, Audit and Inspection Support, insurance & pension calculations, Mercer Liaison
Work independently within established HR guidelines to analyze information, make informed decisions, and resolve operational and transactional issues.
Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge related to country complex HR-related topics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in the country operations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of HR experience in Spanish Labor and Administrative processes.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and team member of the People ES CPM Europe South.
