About the role
- Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Spain, including Labor Law and Collective Bargaining, Union Relations, Restructuring Support, Payroll Coordination, Finance Department Liaison, Audit and Inspection Support, insurance & pension calculations, Mercer Liaison
- Work independently within established HR guidelines to analyze information, make informed decisions, and resolve operational and transactional issues.
- Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge related to country complex HR-related topics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in the country operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR experience in Spanish Labor and Administrative processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and team member of the People ES CPM Europe South.
- Experience with NOKIA HR & payroll systems
