About the role

  • Employee Lifecycle Management – you will oversee onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding with operational excellence.
  • Global HR Compliance – you have a strong understanding of international labor laws and global employment frameworks.
  • HRIS & Process Automation – you know HRIS tools inside out (ideally Factorial) and you are experienced in leveraging HRIS features and data to optimize workflows, improve employee experience, and to support a globally distributed team.
  • Culture & Change Leadership – you foster inclusive culture, professional development, and mental well-being, while driving organizational development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication – You collaborate and communicate effectively with our leadership and teams to align people strategies with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of experience across the employee lifecycle in the German jurisdiction, including payroll and labour laws — from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Understand global HR compliance, with a strong grasp of international labor laws and the ability to navigate diverse employment frameworks confidently.
  • Champion culture and change by building inclusive environments, supporting development and well-being, and helping teams adapt through transformation.
  • Communicate with impact, collaborating closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Fluent German is a must.
