About the role
- Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media/paid search landscape
- Launch ad campaigns across paid social and paid search for many clients
- Become an expert on our clients' brands and goals and develop creative solutions that boost the brand’s reputation and conversions
- Drive content marketing initiatives for NoGood as well as NoGood’s partners
- Understanding data in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc, to identify why organic traffic is increasing/not increasing/staying the same and develop an actionable plan to achieve higher traffic month over month
- Leverage keyword and competitor research to formulate a content calendar for each of our clients (must be able to identify the low hanging fruit to drive organic traffic quickly)
- Own email, SMS, and other retention programs to nurture users throughout the customer journey
- Segment audiences and create personalized campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Build automated flows and test messaging strategies for maximum impact
- Creating multi-channel brand awareness strategies for a variety of clients and NoGood
- Experimenting with different content creation styles (from video to copy) and bringing your unique POV into the mix
- Analyzing and reporting on content performance across multiple social platforms to regularly inform strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in growth marketing specializing in either in Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, or Community Management
- You must be highly analytical and obsessed with achieving client KPIs
- Passionate about the social media/paid search landscape, and can show thought leadership in the space
- You’re hungry to learn, passionate, and highly competent
- You demonstrate attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
