About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus heavily on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization (90% email / 10% text), ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
- Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
- Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
Content & Campaign Creation
- Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
- Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
- Run A/B testing across content and design.
- Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
- Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
- Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
- Provide insights to optimize performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
- Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years in email marketing / deliverability / campaign strategy.
- Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management.
- Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs.
- Skilled in persuasive, compliant copywriting.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools.
