Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, launch new programs, and expand market presence.
Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, including setting performance goals, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Maintain thorough understanding of clinical applications of the robotic lung navigation system and communicate its value proposition.
Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers (on-site training sessions, webinars, workshops).
Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals; act as a trusted advisor.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies; provide market intelligence to product development.
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to engage key opinion leaders.
Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to develop targeted campaigns, ensure seamless implementation, and resolve technical issues.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new members of the clinical sales team; foster professional development.
Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts; provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred.
Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities.
Possession of a valid drivers license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a drivers record.
Preferred: Experience supporting physicians through the learning curve with a technical product or procedure.
Preferred: Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology and endoscopy procedures and call points.
Preferred: Program and/or market development experience.
Preferred: Early commercial/startup experience.
