Report to the National Director of Clinical Sales and deliver an excellent customer experience for Galaxy customers within assigned territory
Drive procedure and program growth through sales and training activities with physicians
Partner with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams to execute strategic and financial imperatives of the program
Lead quarterly clinical and business reviews and facilitate collection and review of KPIs
Provide expert product support to physicians and staff
Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory
Develop mastery of the Galaxy System, peripheral bronchoscopy, and the lung cancer patient journey
Conduct local marketing, outreach and education events in collaboration with Key Accounts and Market Development Managers
Support initial physician training, launch week, program growth, and development of KOLs including live case observations and education events
Travel approximately 25-50% of the time
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred
Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
Comfort with travel approximately 25-50% of the time
Preferred: Experience supporting physicians through the learning curve with a technical product or procedure
Preferred: Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology and endoscopy procedures and call points
Preferred: Program and/or market development experience
Preferred: Early commercial/startup experience
