Lead and provide subject matter expertise in the development of HOP curriculum
Lead formal and informal, virtual and in person, HOP training and reinforcement activities within all NiSource business units
Provide real-time coaching and reinforcement to management and front-line workers on the proper application of HOP Principles, Error Reduction Tools, and desired safe behaviors
Lead the integration of HOP principles, concepts, tools and techniques into technical training programs, leadership development programs, employee onboarding, general employee training, and operations daily huddles and leadership briefings
Engage Management and Front-Line Employees in vertical HOP integration efforts to ensure adequate systems are in place for high-risk work activities
Facilitate structured Learning Teams to explore everyday operations (work as done) or in response to an event to identify system vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
Conduct HOP field observations and on-site coaching within assigned business units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience working in human and organizational performance
5+ years of experience in curriculum development and training
5+ years of experience coaching leadership and front-line field employees
3+ years of experience leading causal evaluations and operational learning teams
Must be ok with 50% travel requirement: mix of local and out of state travel.
