About the role
- Lead the development of scalable, standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that deliver meaningful business insights.
- Translate data into stories that spark action.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders to ensure reports are designed with purpose and clarity.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice resources in partnership with the Onboarding & Enablement team.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams and engage directly with customers through Reporting Councils and ad hoc sessions.
- Uphold and maintain enterprise-wide standards for reporting quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within current reporting practices.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in analytics, data, or business are a plus
- Experience: 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence with experience advising leaders or business partners
- Technical Fluency: Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL or another coding language, and advanced Excel
- Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
