Develop and expand aftermarket sales of spares, upgrades, field service, and lifecycle solutions for marine customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and fleet operators worldwide.
Stay close to customer operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to anticipate needs.
Translate technical requirements into tailored service solutions that enhance performance and reliability.
Lead commercial discussions and service agreements that strengthen customer loyalty.
Work closely with product, engineering, and service teams to deliver seamless customer support.
Represent Nikkiso CEIG aftermarket at customer sites, industry events, and marine conferences.
Participate in company safety training and wear PPE as required.
Travel domestically and internationally to engage with marine customers, production facilities, job sites and the like.
Requirements
Professional English language proficiency; Spanish language capability is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of technical sales/account management experience (marine, cryogenic, or energy sectors preferred).
Knowledge of marine systems, LNG fueling, or cryogenic equipment a strong plus.
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills, collaborating cross functionally with internal and external teams.
