💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Get practices running on the NextPatient suite and support them day-to-day.
- Become an expert in the product to listen to clients, understand needs, and configure the product for best results.
- Work under Client Success Managers to cover clients, then manage your own clients as skills and confidence grow.
- Meet regularly with the product team to advocate for product enhancements requested by clients.
- Be an approachable partner to practices, delivering well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy-to-work-with interactions.
Requirements
- Everyone on the team needs to be an expert in our product so they can listen to the client, understand their needs, and configure the product to deliver the best results.
- Be well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in every interaction.
- Work under Client Success Managers initially and progress to managing your own clients as skills grow.
- Ability to meet regularly with the product team to advocate for product enhancements.
