• Get practices running on the NextPatient suite and support them day-to-day.
• Become an expert in the product to listen to clients, understand needs, and configure the product for best results.
• Work under Client Success Managers to cover clients, then manage your own clients as skills and confidence grow.
• Meet regularly with the product team to advocate for product enhancements requested by clients.
• Be an approachable partner to practices, delivering well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy-to-work-with interactions.
