About the role
- Build relationships with business owners and leaders to elevate the employment experience and enrich people's lives.
- Make sales calls and move prospects through the sales process.
- Deliver IPs and proposals to prospects.
- Work with internal teams to qualify prospects.
- Represent Nextep as the friendly frontline and expand the Woodlands market beginning January 2026.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a similar field.
- If you have some sales experience, we’ll be especially interested.
- You have a knack for building relationships and a strong desire to succeed.
