Business Intelligence Analyst

• Lead a team of analysts and engineers
• Own the strategic architecture of our BI environment
• Partner with executive leadership to track critical KPIs
• Work closely with the CTO to define and execute Nextep’s overarching BI strategy
• Oversee the extraction and integration of complex datasets from **PrismHR** and other third-party tools
• Design and deliver sophisticated internal dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Maintain rigorous data governance and security standards to ensure compliance with PII and HIPAA regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR tech and data visualization

• Manage sales pipeline effectively, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
