About the role
- Develop detailed project plans for medical operations, including procedure updates, service line changes, vendor and supply updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and monitor risks throughout projects.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Lead and motivate project teams; provide guidance, direction, and support.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
- Provide regular project status updates, milestones, and risk reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, notes, status, and issue logs.
- Ensure smooth project closure by documenting lessons learned and conducting post-project reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operations.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile information for diverse projects and initiatives.
- Manage special projects and events assigned by executives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or information technology.
- 3+ years of experience supporting medical operations
- 3+ leaders of leadership experience
- Outstanding projecting planning and change management skills
- Previous experience in Franchise Operations is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, Zoho, calendar management tools).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
