About the role
- Identify and engage with potential partners (IT companies, associations, tech integrators)
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual value
- Develop and execute sales strategies for partner channels to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and external suppliers
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Set and achieve revenue targets for partner sales while monitoring market trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
- Provide first-line support for key post-sales issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or partnership management, ideally in a tech-driven environment
- Previous proven working experience in Digital Payments area (plus)
- Strong product and technology understanding to identify suitable partners and support project execution
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Organized team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Ability to travel within Greece
