Solutions Engineer

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent EAM software projects, from contract handoff and kickoff through go-live and post-deployment handoff, operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client project leadership, including program-level sponsors and C-suite stakeholders; build trusted, long-term client relationships that support client retention.
• Track project budgets and revenue milestones in alignment with percent-complete invoicing structures; identify and surface variances early.
• Established track record of managing stakeholders at the program and executive level, including steering committee facilitation and C-suite communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the U.S. up to approximately 20% of the time.
• Experience managing implementations for large, multi-stakeholder municipal or public sector organizations with complex procurement and governance structures.
• Familiarity with percent-complete and milestone-complete invoicing models and SOW-based revenue tracking.
• Lead meaningful implementations that directly improve how utilities and public sector organizations manage critical infrastructure assets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestone schedules, resource assignments, and critical path tracking; proactively adjust plans to maintain delivery integrity.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks: RAID logs, change control processes, decision registers, and escalation paths; model governance discipline for junior team members.
• Manage project scope in collaboration with clients and the assigned Senior Implementation Consultant; manage change requests through a structured change control process and address scope creep without escalation in most cases.
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive briefings with clients; produce concise, high-quality status reports and decision documentation independently.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues across all dimensions; develop and execute mitigation strategies with minimal escalation to the Director of Project Delivery.
• Coordinate internal delivery resources — Senior Implementation Consultants, data migration specialists, integration analysts, trainers, client support, and product teams — ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to delivery team methodology by sharing lessons learned, reviewing and improving project templates, and providing informal mentorship and sounding-board support to less experienced PMs.
• Report on portfolio-level project health to the Director of Project Delivery on a regular cadence.

Senior Project Manager – Software Implementation

Implementation Specialist

• Lead structured discovery workshops with client operational user groups to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements across all EAM platform modules.
• Author User Requirements (UR) memoranda capturing validated requirements, configuration decisions, and client-approved scope; maintain requirements traceability throughout each engagement.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes; develop Visio workflow diagrams documenting agreed processes for client review and sign-off.
• Design and facilitate configuration workshops for each platform module; configure asset hierarchies, work order management, PM schedules, inspection forms, inventory structures, and role-based security models.
• Provide best practice consulting throughout configuration, coordinating with the integrations team on requirements as applicable.
• Facilitate UAT sessions across client user groups; manage the issue log through triage, resolution, retesting, and formal closure.
• Guide clients through data migration and configuration template completion; review submitted data for errors and inconsistencies; coordinate with the data migration team to ensure alignment with system requirements.
• Support end-user and administrator training readiness in coordination with the Education team; ensure the configured environment is stable and documented prior to training commencement.
• Provide hands-on functional support during go-live cutover; monitor and triage post-go-live issues; author comprehensive handoff documentation at engagement close.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with client functional leads and operational managers; partner with the Project Manager to keep functional deliverables aligned with project scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Participate in lessons learned reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration standards, workshop facilitation approaches, and UAT frameworks.

Senior Implementation Consultant

Account Manager

• Track and manage client-related tasks, projects, and deliverables in collaboration with Client Account Managers.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools and dashboards (e.g., Zoho)
• Coordinate internal team activities (e.g., support tickets, API integrations, product configuration, QA/testing timelines)
• Ensure technical follow-through across engineering, support, and implementation teams.
• Document client requirements, meeting notes, use cases, and next steps in tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, process diagrams, and configuration trackers.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including task trackers, status updates, and technical summaries.
• Develop visual workflows and process documentation in Visio, or equivalent.
• Support client communications by scheduling meetings, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables.
• Monitor support queues and escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer processes for new clients or feature rollouts.
• Analyze internal task workflows and identify areas for automation or streamlining.
• Develop SOPs, reusable templates, and standardized tracking tools.
• Help evaluate and implement new tools or integrations to enhance task management efficiency.

Technical Account Coordinator

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts specific to an industry or region, ensuring they are driving towards success and getting the most out of our software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Proactively monitor client engagement and usage, identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGEN’s software.
• Assist clients with technical aspects of our SaaS software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a technical guide to help clients adopt NEXGEN features.
• Track and monitor client account performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews, etc.
