About the role
- Map, analyze, and optimize supply chain processes;
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies;
- Conduct diagnostics and propose action plans to reduce costs and improve performance;
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain improved commercial terms, quality, and lead times;
- Support the management of performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs;
- Support digital transformation and process automation projects (ERP, e-Procurement, etc.);
- Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Finance, Production, and Legal;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and ESG practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field;
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting in the area;
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, negotiation, and supplier management;
- Proficiency in Excel and ERPs (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain.
