Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform General Ledger account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Support the annual budget preparation and monitor monthly financial performance against forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
• Process and review all invoices for the Retail Lending area for accuracy, ensuring proper expense allocation and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in validating Mortgage Banker commission calculations and reconcile related financial accounts.
• Prepare the Mortgage Banker Volume spreadsheet, comparing actual results to budget.
• Review and validate each Mortgage Banker’s individual production on an ongoing monthly basis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial, production, and pipeline reports for management, finance, and risk oversight.
• Support cost analysis initiatives including time studies and loan origination cost modeling (e.g., FAS91-related activities).
• Support the manager in evaluating and analyzing departmental and cross-functional processes by initiating meetings, identifying solutions, documenting procedures and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Contribute to financial reporting enhancements by improving data accuracy, reporting consistency, and analytical insights, while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiency.
• Assist in administering and coordinating the Loan Origination System (LOS), including issue tracking, system updates, troubleshooting, and coordinating escalation and resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Partner with lending and operations teams to streamline workflows, improve system usability, and enhance customer experience.
• Support vendor management activities, including coordinating service requests, upgrades, and ongoing system performance monitoring.
• Generate, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, datasets, and internal databases (including Microsoft Access-based systems) to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Document workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Residential Finance and Operational Analyst

Analyst

• Monitors and analyzes daily fraud detection system(s) results in a timely manner
• Reviews transactions and accounts flagged for suspicious activity, performs thorough research to detect potential fraud on assigned alerts, independently decisions potential fraud items and takes appropriate actions to mitigate loss
• Monitors account/customer analysis when activity appears unusual, including but not limited to the following sources: monitoring solutions, reports, branch or other bank employee referrals, and other fraud detection sources
• Identifies, documents and communicates emerging fraud trends
• Supports continuous improvement of fraud detection and referral processes
• Maintains accurate case records in accordance with internal policies/ procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Provide support to branches regarding error resolution and assist dispute specialist as needed
• Provides support to bank employees, primarily branch and Customer Service Center staff, relative to suspect activity and/or identified fraud
• Responds in a timely and professional manner ensuring that responses are accurate and based on the Bank’s operating policies and procedures
• Prepares check draft/forgery/fraud investigation postings, adjustment requests, etc
• Complies with all applicable federal regulations and guidance
• Responds to escalations from internal and/or external parties with urgency
• Interacts regularly with other internal departments; performs appropriate actions required to mitigate losses and communicate with customers directly as needed while also providing a positive customer experience

Fraud Analyst I

Product Operations

• Coordinate and support medium‑ to large‑scale internal projects and cross‑functional initiatives related to technology platforms, operational systems, and process improvements.
• Help with PMO execution by supporting planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, escalation, and status reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support internal product ownership and lifecycle activities for enterprise tools and platforms, including requirements definition, backlog support, testing coordination, release readiness, and post‑implementation review.
• Provide support to organizational change management efforts, including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, training coordination, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance project documentation, including schedules, workflows, decision and issue logs, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze project performance, operational data, and user feedback to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks, and recommend data‑driven improvement actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business partners to ensure initiatives align with governance requirements, regulatory expectations, and business priorities.
• Support end‑user readiness and enablement through training coordination, onboarding support, knowledge transfer, and post‑deployment monitoring.
• Own and oversee the ongoing operation, accuracy, and governance of the Bank’s enterprise equipment and infrastructure inventory.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and audit‑ready inventory records across the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, transfer, and retirement.
• Serve as a functional owner for inventory management processes and supporting tools, governing changes, access, data standards, and issue resolution.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to support asset tracking, refresh planning, cost visibility, risk management, and audit inquiries.
