About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform deposit account research requests and fulfill all Legal Service requests
  • Monitor key control reports to ensure accurate and compliant system data
  • Provide back-office operations support and incident request fulfillment
  • Maintain departmental documentation and keep daily task lists updated
  • Process various items including statements, notices, and reporting according to Bank policies
  • Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts and perform various settlement accounts functions
  • Prepare accurate and timely statistical and billing reports
  • Review retirement/Health Savings Account plan documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Handle complex external customer calls exceeding Retail Banking employee knowledge
  • Responsible for timely statement cycle verification and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of banking experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Goal and deadline oriented
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer skills, Internet knowledge, and experience using MS Office products, i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook
