- About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on email marketing specialist to help us build, optimize, and scale our email campaigns.
- This is a part-time remote role with the potential to grow into full-time as we expand.
- Responsibilities: Create and launch engaging email campaigns and newsletters; Build and optimize templates, subject lines, and CTAs; Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements; Collaborate with content creators and analysts to drive results; Segment lists and personalize campaigns for higher engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years of email marketing experience (advanced email tools like Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics
- Bonus if you’ve worked in finance, investing, or publishing industries
