About the role
- Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls, incoming emails, and live chat
- Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport
- Doing data mining relevant to customer information
- Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without panic
- Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information
- Establishing strong and long-term relationships with customers to help achieve company goals
