Develop and maintain scalable operational frameworks to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, quota setting, and compensation planning
Ensure operational rigor across the revenue funnel: lead acquisition → conversion → retention → expansion
Build operational frameworks to support sales motions, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes
Evaluate and oversee the revenue technology stack, ensuring tools and workflows enable seamless collaboration, automation, and data accuracy
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional alignment
Build world-class forecasting, analytics, and reporting frameworks to deliver predictable and data-driven insights
