About the role
- Accountable for executing key accounts and delivering top-line sales revenue for brands
- Maximize the availability of products in appropriate customers consistent with brand strategy
- Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for customers
- Direct account management responsibility for assigned accounts
- Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts
- Day to day management of the promotional calendar, evaluation and course correction
- Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts
- Build customer relationships and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas
- Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed
- Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers
- Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area
- Create a positive and successful team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales in similar positions/industry (Understanding of negotiation techniques, experience with forecasting)
- Full Spanish Driver’s License
- Fluent Spanish and communicative English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex data in an organized manner
- Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments in autonomy.
