About the role

  • Accountable for executing key accounts and delivering top-line sales revenue for brands
  • Maximize the availability of products in appropriate customers consistent with brand strategy
  • Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for customers
  • Direct account management responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts
  • Day to day management of the promotional calendar, evaluation and course correction
  • Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts
  • Build customer relationships and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers
  • Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area
  • Create a positive and successful team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales in similar positions/industry (Understanding of negotiation techniques, experience with forecasting)
  • Full Spanish Driver’s License
  • Fluent Spanish and communicative English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex data in an organized manner
  • Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments in autonomy.
