About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-established client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve these objectives.
- Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Address the complexities of international B2B marketing, including regional trends and cultural differences.
- Develop strategies to meet sales and growth targets, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring expectations are met through internal coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, monitoring progress and client satisfaction.
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Provide regular client reports on performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, focusing on Full Stack Digital Marketing within international B2B contexts.
- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in analyzing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
