Client Development: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with borrowers, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate repeat and referral business.
Sales Leadership: Leverage a consultative sales approach to clearly articulate New Silver’s value proposition, products, and processes to clients.
Pipeline Management: Ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively managing loan applications, approvals, and closing processes.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and geographic areas to drive growth.
Partnership Building: Collaborate with brokers and other stakeholders to expand our referral network and drive new business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of successful professional experience as a loan originator or loan officer in the commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate space (adjacent experience can be considered)
Highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
