About the role

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand loan volume to $5mm+ monthly.
  • Client Development: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with borrowers, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Sales Leadership: Leverage a consultative sales approach to clearly articulate New Silver’s value proposition, products, and processes to clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively managing loan applications, approvals, and closing processes.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and geographic areas to drive growth.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with brokers and other stakeholders to expand our referral network and drive new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of successful professional experience as a loan originator or loan officer in the commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate space (adjacent experience can be considered)
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
