About the role

  • Build and establish Netlight in Amsterdam as one of the first local business developers
  • Drive sales, engagement management and business development for the Amsterdam office
  • Find and establish new clients and engagements
  • Maneuver existing client engagements
  • Collaborate closely with consultants to match Netlighters to client engagements
  • Act as a growth catalyst to help Netlight establish and grow with current team in Amsterdam

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent. Young professional / Recently graduated
  • Verbal and written fluency in Dutch and in English
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, sales, business development and IT
  • Relevant experience, for example within entrepreneurship, sales, business development, start-ups, networking, or similar
  • Passion for people, entrepreneurship, project management, sales and the tech community
  • A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
  • Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
