About the role
- Deliver assigned IT projects on time, within scope, and in line with agreed project plans
- Apply standard departmental policies, procedures, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Use approved project management frameworks (Stage Gate, Hybrid Large Solution, Agile) and relevant IT tools for structured execution
- Ensure all project phases and process steps are rigorously followed
- Collaborate with business units, implementation leads, finance, and IT teams to secure resources, configurations, and materials
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment across global teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, processes, standards, and policies
- Identify, raise, and resolve project issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Lead regular project status meetings and calls, providing clear updates and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Monitor project performance using defined benchmarks and metrics
- Ensure final deliverables meet contractual requirements and partner expectations
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, Trade Compliance, and Information Security requirements
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally in IT or technical environments
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage global collaborators and present updates clearly
- Self-starter who is proactive, committed, and capable of achieving results independently
- Demonstrated maturity, ownership, and attention to detail, particularly in administrative tasks
- Adaptability and resilience to manage shifting priorities and change
- Ability to learn quickly, grasping new tools, processes, and organizational structures
- Passion for project work, with the drive to contribute meaningfully
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Preferred: Experience working in a matrix organization
