Support German and international customers in German and English regarding Clearstream processes (Settlement, Corporate Actions, Income, Cash Management)
Provide day-to-day support on the use of Clearstream Banking’s products and services
Investigate, monitor, record and resolve client queries received via telephone or email
Work within an international cross-location team and coordinate with other locations as needed
Escalate and document issues with potential financial impacts and follow up until resolution
Requirements
University degree in finance, economics, IT, or equivalent training with professional experience
Entrepreneurial skills: high responsibility & results orientation
