Facilitate requirements gathering and business documentation processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis
Responsible for working with process owners to create and support the creation of user stories, ensuring required criteria is met, including the configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet specific needs as well as ongoing technical support
Develop a test plan and test scripts, across cross-functional teams, articulating testing approach and ensuring quality of new software releases
Apply Agile Methodology to analyze and de-conflict requirements and process flows for federal customers, using multiple sources of data
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of scripts and conducting UAT with end-users
Understand client needs and appropriately communicate product updates, including requirements and solutions, while maintaining required confidentiality and security of information
Support change management processes by providing quality control reviews, the creation of references and guides for end users and system administrators, and the generation of analytical meeting materials
Requirements
BA/BS degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience
Active Secret Clearance
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow products and platform
Experience with Microsoft Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
