About the role
- Lead and set the strategic roadmap for the TA Programs team.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Program Managers.
- Set clear expectations, raise the bar on execution, and build a culture of accountability and growth.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, global Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Partner closely with Informed Captains and senior stakeholders to scope programs with rigor.
- Drive execution from concept through launch and ensure each initiative delivers measurable business value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to TA Leadership.
- Provide visibility into organizational health, surface risks early, and influence sound decision-making.
- Design and lead change strategies that drive sustained adoption of new tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Align stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure long-term behavioral change, not just successful rollouts.
- Act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Talent Tech, Engineering, Product, and TA Operations.
- Ensure core systems, such as Workday and related platforms, are optimized for scale, data integrity, and user experience.
- Evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
- Standardise and evolve global program management methodologies and operating rhythms.
- Increase the speed, clarity, and consistency of delivery across the Talent organisation.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and use data to continuously improve outcomes.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Strategic Programs, TA, and technical teams.
- Drive alignment, resource efficiency, and a clear, scalable operating model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with at least 3+ years within Talent or HR environments.
- 5+ years of people management experience, ideally leading Project or Program Managers.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to solve complex problems with analytical rigor.
- Proven ability to use data to tell compelling stories and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing executive memos and building strategic presentations.
- Strong facilitation skills in cross-functional settings.
- Technical fluency across recruiting systems and tools, with demonstrated experience implementing automation or AI-enabled solutions at scale, or the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, workflow-embedded solutions.
- Deep understanding of how systems, data, and workflows connect across sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
