About the role

  • Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with customers.
  • Provide guidance and leadership through onboarding when needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional customer value, upsells and renewals.
  • Early identification and resolution of at-risk customers; use proactive communication to prevent churn.
  • Track accounts and develop opportunities for expansion and increased solution adoption.
  • Maintain product expertise and technical knowledge across the net2phone Canada product line.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, support and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback.
  • Mentor on the Customer Success team and provide assistance to the department as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success/customer service or account management experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent technical acumen
  • Never-ending curiosity
  • Travel may be required.
