💰 CA$55,000 - CA$60,000 per year
About the role
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with customers.
- Provide guidance and leadership through onboarding when needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional customer value, upsells and renewals.
- Early identification and resolution of at-risk customers; use proactive communication to prevent churn.
- Track accounts and develop opportunities for expansion and increased solution adoption.
- Maintain product expertise and technical knowledge across the net2phone Canada product line.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, support and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback.
- Mentor on the Customer Success team and provide assistance to the department as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success/customer service or account management experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent technical acumen
- Never-ending curiosity
- Travel may be required.
