About the role

  • CloudPSO is an IT outsourcing company providing staff augmentation, software development, and managed services.
  • Remote position based in Pakistan; job timings Mon - Fri US PST timezone.
  • Lead and scale outbound sales efforts focused on IT services, software development, and managed services targeting North America, UK, and EMEA.
  • Own and achieve sales revenue targets and develop/manage sales pipeline via CRM.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (SDRs, Sales Executives).
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams and report on key metrics and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (IT services, SaaS, or outsourcing).
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of US markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
