About the role

  • Build and refine a scalable outbound sales process, including workflows, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures
  • Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit
  • Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with offerings and capabilities
  • Move leads through the funnel toward closing or hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads
  • Stay informed about trends in IT and STEM to inform outreach
  • Review pipeline, prep for calls, and perform outreach (cold emails, follow-up calls) as part of daily activities
  • Use tools like Slack and Google Meet to collaborate and update activity logs and plan follow-ups

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services
  • Proven track record of lead generation and advancing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools
  • Experience building and refining outbound sales processes is a plus
  • Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling
  • Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a dynamic workload
  • Eager to learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and use AI to boost productivity
  • Tech fluency to communicate complex technology concepts in business terms
  • Availability to work EST hours
