• Serves as a consultant for clients’ Acumatica implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution with a focus on construction-related functionality.
• Have a strong working knowledge of ERP business software, particularly as it applies to construction, project accounting, and job costing.
• Have professional exposure in business workflow, including construction project lifecycles from estimate to closeout.
• Have experience with product implementations, ideally within construction, project-based, or field service environments.
• Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities, including construction project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
• Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Acumatica software (ERP), including construction firms, contractors, and project-based businesses.
• Works with customers to achieve the best solutions to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality, particularly around:
• Project accounting and job costing
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Subcontractor and vendor management
• Procurement and materials management
• Change order and variance tracking
• Field-to-office data integration
• Develops and executes a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan, including staying current on Acumatica construction and project accounting capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Travel 30% required.

Acumatica Consultant – Construction

• Manage Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage Intacct solution
• Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows in their Intacct Instance
• Work with customers to understand key objectives / challenges / requirements and map their processes to Sage Intacct
• Train customers to most effectively achieve the identified requirements
• Specify any custom requirements, such as interfaces, custom functions and custom reports
• Align with the customer to deliver the implementation through to handover to support
• Build relationships with customers and work closely with them to achieve the best solutions to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality

Sage Intacct Consultant

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serves a consultant for clients Acumatica implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution, with a strong emphasis on financial and accounting processes
• Have a strong working knowledge of ERP business software, particularly financial modules and accounting workflows
• Have professional exposure in business workflow, including finance, accounting, and financial reporting processes
• Have experience with product implementations, preferably with a focus on finance-related ERP modules
• Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities, including financial process mapping and controls where applicable
• Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Acumatica software (ERP), with particular support for finance and accounting teams
• Works with customers to achieve the best solutions to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality, especially within financial operations and reporting
• Develops and executes a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan, including continued learning in ERP finance best practices

Acumatica Consultant – Finance

• Triage support requests in the appropriate Request tracking systems
• Provide functional application support for Acumatica, and integration and ISV products by working directly with clients to gather replication details.
• Own Support Requests until closure and ensure that Clients are receiving regular status updates.
• This position requires hands on troubleshooting and resolution of requests.
• Deliver exceptional Client service by being responsive and professional in all interactions with clients and coworkers.
• Perform all steps relevant to validate the client request and correctly identify the severity of the request.
• Properly document support ticket categorizations, descriptions, steps to reproduce, root cause, and resolution.
• Review and understand Client contracts as they relate to the signed SLA’s that should be followed to respond to and work support Requests.
• Ensure that proper processes are being adhered to and be able to report to the team lead and or team manager when improvements need to be made.
• Evaluate the impact of the request on the Client, then be able to prioritize the importance
• Create and maintain good relations with Clients to ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
• Analyze and troubleshoot requests before escalating within Support team with the relevant details.
• Work with management to document and provide content for a knowledgebase for easier reference on future Requests for all team members.

Acumatica Support Consultant

Performance Marketing

• Develop paid media strategies that align with corporate demand generation goals and campaigns.
• Recommend channel mix, budgets, and timelines across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and others).
• Identify opportunities for top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel activation to fuel lead generation.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, targeting, creative rotation, and budget pacing.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and conversion rate performance.
• Oversee A/B testing and experiment design to improve outcomes.

Content Marketing Manager

• Execute Net at Work’s video content roadmap in alignment with campaign and brand objectives.
• Facilitate and record interviews, “Ask the Expert” sessions, and client or executive features.
• Edit and optimize video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Shorts/TikTok-style vertical formats.
• Repurpose long-form video into short-form social clips, reels, and teasers to expand reach.
• Maintain brand consistency through motion graphics, lower thirds, and intro/outro branding templates.
• Publish, tag, and optimize videos on YouTube using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails, playlists).
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to embed video into blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Work with the Paid Media Specialist to adapt and deploy video assets for advertising campaigns.
• Actively manage engagement across YouTube comments, LinkedIn threads, and other social discussions.
• Monitor audience sentiment, flag opportunities for brand participation, and identify emerging topics.
• Respond authentically to audience comments and facilitate meaningful dialogue that strengthens community connection.
