About the role

  • Execute Net at Work’s video content roadmap in alignment with campaign and brand objectives.
  • Facilitate and record interviews, “Ask the Expert” sessions, and client or executive features.
  • Edit and optimize video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Shorts/TikTok-style vertical formats.
  • Repurpose long-form video into short-form social clips, reels, and teasers to expand reach.
  • Maintain brand consistency through motion graphics, lower thirds, and intro/outro branding templates.
  • Publish, tag, and optimize videos on YouTube using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails, playlists).
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to embed video into blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Work with the Paid Media Specialist to adapt and deploy video assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Actively manage engagement across YouTube comments, LinkedIn threads, and other social discussions.
  • Monitor audience sentiment, flag opportunities for brand participation, and identify emerging topics.
  • Respond authentically to audience comments and facilitate meaningful dialogue that strengthens community connection.
  • Track and analyze video performance metrics (impressions, engagement, retention, watch time, conversions).
  • Deliver insights to improve storytelling, topic selection, and posting cadence.
  • A/B test thumbnails, titles, and formats to maximize reach and audience retention.
  • Partner with internal SMEs, sales, and CX teams to uncover authentic stories and insights worth sharing on video.
  • Work closely with design and marketing leadership to ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and tone.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital content, social media, or video marketing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong video editing and production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing and growing YouTube or video-first channels.
  • Familiarity with YouTube SEO, analytics, and community management.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into accessible, engaging stories.
  • Skilled communicator comfortable facilitating on-camera discussions or interviews.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or Sprout Social analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail; exceptional technical and problem-solving skills; strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
  • Bonus: Experience creating vertical video content or livestream facilitation.
