About the role
- Execute and optimize Retail Paid Search investments
- Support the Retail Paid Search Center of Excellence vision and drive portfolio, category and brand strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers and stakeholders to integrate paid search within omni-channel marketing and full-funnel retail media plans
- Generate actionable insights from ad hoc data analysis and utilize data visualization/storytelling to build presentations
- Liaise with Retail Search AOR for keyword strategy, competitive research, campaign setup/management, and reporting
- Serve as connection point for eCommerce teams to share and execute congruent strategies
- Manage budgets, develop scorecards to track KPIs, create performance projections, and perform analytic assessment of performance
- Work with Analytics teams to deliver reporting and drive automation in measurement & optimization process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail media or eCommerce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of retail media and marketing fundamentals
- Ability to continually learn and adapt to new technologies
- Proven track record in executing retail paid search or eCommerce strategies
- Experience with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, WMC, KPM, Instacart, Roundel)
- Experience with management tools (e.g. Pacvue, Skai, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Data Impact)
