Solutions Engineer

• Participate in Discovery sessions with existing and prospective customers to understand business processes, pain points, and legal technology needs
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the Neostella platform and its value
• Understand the entire legal Case Management System eco-system of application partners and their role and fit relative to the Neostella platform
• Demonstrate (virtually, or on-site) the Neostella platform
• Collaborate with Implementation Services teams and partners to ensure smooth handoffs and successful post-sale execution
• Work with Product Development to understand, communicate, and help influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback

Solution Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point, quickly unblocking developers and resolving complex issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to coding standards, completing all required checklist items to support on-time delivery.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to design scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs, actively contributing to grooming, planning, and design sessions.
• Research and assess new technologies to improve backend performance and efficiency, tracking progress in Jira and pausing work as needed to support higher-priority team needs.
• Identify performance, scalability, and security issues across projects, and collaborate with Technical Leads to implement improvements and share best practices organization-wide.
• Own and maintain technical documentation for cross-project features, tools, and technologies to ensure continuity, traceability, and efficient onboarding.
• Support hiring efforts by reviewing code tests and participating in interviews to ensure candidates meet technical standards.
• Accurately log time with clear, timely entries and consistently meet utilization targets.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, recommend improvements, and foster a culture of learning to drive continuous improvement.

Backend Engineer

• Lead development of high-quality, scalable features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers and ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and best practices.
• Own code quality through solution design participation, rigorous testing, integration validation, and comprehensive code reviews.
• Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving complex issues and unblocking the team to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and timelines through stand-ups, Jira, and Slack.
• Take full ownership of assigned features, delivering release-ready work on time with a deep understanding of application architecture and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement through process, design, and documentation enhancements, contributing to long-term scalability and team effectiveness.

Senior Python Developer

• You’ll own and operate Neostella’s website and supporting digital platforms
• Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy, content, design, and technical execution
• Manage WordPress site using Gutenberg blocks and existing themes
• Build and maintain pages for solutions, events, and campaigns
