Talent Acquisition Manager

Backend Engineer

• Write high-quality, production-ready code in Python, following best practices and established coding standards
• Collaborate with other developers to conduct integration testing and ensure code functionality within the development environment before deployment to QA
• Design and develop integrations between internal and third-party applications using REST APIs and AWS services
• Create and maintain AWS Lambda functions and workflows using AWS Step Functions to support scalable and reliable APIs
• Interact with AWS services such as API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, and others to power application functionality

Partner Development Manager

Account Executive

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through new business and expansion opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, ROI discussions, RFPs, and closing
• Generate and qualify pipeline to support consistent quota attainment
• Partner closely with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Implementation Specialists, executive stakeholders, and third-party partners throughout the sales process
• Maintain and grow a robust client and prospect database within your territory
• Demonstrate strong solution knowledge through internal enablement and stand-and-deliver sessions
• Own and report on key performance metrics including pipeline generation, ACV, and forecast accuracy

Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for product support inquiries.
• Respond to tickets, emails, chats, or calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Log, monitor, and categorize incoming support requests across supported product lines.
• Apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common technical issues.
• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of application-related problems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Product and Development teams support using established protocols.
• Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes in the knowledge base.
• Support customers with product-related questions, configurations, and basic usage guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Product Support Specialist

Manager

• You will be the delivery operations owner for your product group, responsible for ensuring that work flows efficiently from ready to done across 3–5 development teams.
• You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and your group’s engineering leadership to maintain healthy execution without inserting yourself into product or technical decisions.
• You will also coordinate with Delivery Managers in other groups to manage cross-group dependencies and maintain consistency in delivery practices across the organization.
• Monitor work in progress across all teams in your group, ensuring WIP limits are maintained and nothing is silently aging.
• Identify bottlenecks early — whether they’re technical blockers, dependency conflicts, or capacity constraints — and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
• Ensure the ready queue is always stocked with well-groomed, properly defined work so engineers are never blocked waiting for something to pull.
• Maintain board health and hygiene — every item reflects its actual status, nothing is lost or miscategorized.
• Partner with the group leader and Tech Leads on scheduling work across teams — balancing capacity, priorities, and dependencies.
• Track and report on cycle time, throughput, and capacity utilization for your group.
• Facilitate the group’s delivery cadences — daily flow reviews, weekly throughput reviews, and regular process improvement sessions.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery workflows, tooling, and practices within your group.
