About the role
- Run and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns under guidance with attention to accuracy
- Oversee campaign budgets, track spend, billing, and invoicing to ensure precision
- Build and maintain error-free reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Manage creative asset flow: ensure correct specs, upload to platforms, and distribute to media partners
- Keep files and trackers organized to prevent delays or mix-ups
- Stay up to date with platform updates and ad formats and propose small-scale tests
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on media buying experience (preferred)
- Direct exposure to at least one major ad platform (Meta, Google, or TikTok)
- Proficient understanding of media metrics (KPIs) and ability to present relevant data
- Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape and new tools/strategies
- Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confident working with spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Organized, proactive learner who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Passion for Film, TV, and Pop Culture
