About the role
- Manage inbound leads in Dynamics 365 CRM and expand revenue by following up
- Research & qualify leads and update CRM
- Respond quickly to new leads to maximize conversion and prioritize leads
- Email, call, and follow up sales pipeline with intent to sign clients
- Follow up leads through qualification, proposal, contracting stages
- Write high-conversion emails to target leads
- Outbound lead generation: research and identify potential healthcare clients
- Identify target accounts and decision makers; initiate sales process and build relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and build bundled service solutions and go-to-market offerings
- Handle customer service requests via phone, email, or chat and log/action requests
- Collaborate with VP-Sales and Marketing to create monthly promotions and promote services

- Native English fluency and neutral English accent (mandatory)
- B2B sales experience selling to Healthcare providers

- Experience with Dynamics 365 or any CRM system
- Ability to create pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel
- Highly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams
- Understanding of US healthcare and its workings
- Excellent customer service & relationship management skills
- CRM and prospecting skills (web research, due diligence, networking, cold calling)
- Ability to prepare proposals and quotes
- Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred
