About the role
- Oversee and execute operational tasks within the CIS VIP segment.
- Manage gifting processes: selection, ordering, and timely delivery of merchandise, presents, and hospitality items for VIP and Pre-VIP players.
- Coordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate closely with VIP Managers and Coordinators to address players’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain records and prepare regular reports on gifting, costs, and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of operational projects and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and budget limits.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or customer support, preferably in fintech, or client-oriented industries.
- Fluent in Russian and English (at least B2).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with vendors, logistics, or merchandise coordination.
- Confident user of Google Workspace and CRM/support platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: Experience working with VIP or high-value clients.
- Nice to have: Understanding of CIS market specifics.
- Nice to have: Background in event management, gifting, or hospitality.
